Dr. Namrata Parag Londhe is the Head of Department - Cytogenetics. She has more than 15 years of experience. Her core interests are Cytogenetics and Molecular genetics. She has done her Ph.D. in Lifesciences (Human molecular genetics) from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai. . In her previous stints, she was associated with Igenetic Diagnostics, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Centre, and SRL Diagnostics. She is a life member of the Indian society of Human Genetics and the Association of Practicing PhD in Medical Sciences. She has presented her work at many national and international conferences.

Dr. Harshali Anant Patil is the Head of Department, Molecular Diagnostics at National Reference Laboratory, Lupin Diagnostics, Mumbai. She has done her PhD in Life Sciences from Deakin University, Australia and has over 15 years of experience in Molecular Diagnostics. Her main area of work in Molecular Diagnostics includes Cancer Genetics, Constitutional Genetics and Molecular Microbiology. She has expertise in developing and implementing molecular assays across different molecular platforms like Real Time PCR, Sanger sequencing, and Next Generation Sequencing. She was previously  associated with NABL and CAP accredited diagnostics laboratories of Reliance Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai and Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital & Research Center, Mumbai. She has publications in peer-reviewed international journals and has also been a recipient of international travel awards from ESMO and EMBL for presentation of her work. She has undergone training in Laboratory Quality Management Systems from NABL and CAP and is a member of the Molecular Pathology Association of India (MPAI). 

Dr. Smita Suresh Pol is the Head of Department, Histopathology, at National Reference Laboratory. She has done an MD in Pathology from Grant Medical College, Mumbai; an MBBS from VMGMC, Solapur, and a Fellowship in Gastrointestinal and Liver Pathology from Seth G. S. Medical College, Mumbai. She has more than 8 years of experience in Histopathology, Cytopathology, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, and Cytogenetics. She has previously worked with SRL Diagnostics and was an Assistant Professor at Grant Medical College, Mumbai. She has several presentations and publications in national and international conferences and journals and is a member of the Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists (IAPM) and the International Academy of Pathology - Indian Division (IAP-ID).

Dr. Rohita Kumar is the Chief of Lab – SL Pune. She has more than 5 years of experience in handling technical as well as the administrative aspect of the Laboratory. She has completed her MD in Pathology from Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai and MBBS from Indira Gandhi Government Medical College, Nagpur.  She has been awarded with “Shri Vitthal Bakre Memorial Gold Medal “for standing First in MD Pathology. In Past she has been associated with Kasturba hospital Mumbai and Dr Lal Path labs Pune. Her keen area of interest is Hematopathology. She has undergone trainings in Laboratory Quality Management Systems. She has done presentations at various National level conferences.

Dr. Md Ehtesham is the Zonal Technical Head – East Zone, and heads the Regional Reference Laboratory in Kolkata. He graduated from KMCH, Katihar in 2002 with distinction in Biochemistry. He has done his MD in Pathology from Sri Ramachandra University in 2008. He was associated with SRM Medical College as an Assistant Professor, Chennai and later joined AMRI Hospital, Dhakuria, Kolkata. He was associated with C K Birla Hospital, Kolkata (CMRI & B M BIRLA HEART RESEARCH CENTRE) for 10 years. He has more than 13 experience in hematopathology, histopathology, biochemistry, immunoassays, serology, clinical pathology, lab management, NABL, NABH and CAP accreditation. He has publication in peer – reviewed journal for his work in Neuropathology and also been recipient of ICMR grant for his thesis work on Neuropathology. He is a member of Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists (IAPM), Calcutta Association of Practicing Pathologist (CAPP), West Bengal Doctor Forum (WBDF), and AMD Kolkata.

Dr. Bijayesh Haldar is the Head of Department, Microbiology at Regional Reference Laboratory, Lupin Diagnostics, Kolkata. He has done his PhD in Microbiology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He Did his Post-Doctoral Fellowship in New York University School of Medicine, New York, USA and Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, USA. He has over 15 years of experience in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Immunology. His main area of work in includes Virology, Neuroimmunology, Immunology and Molecular Biology of Human Immunodeficiency Virus, and Stem Cell Biology. He has vast expertise in developing and implementing Molecular and Immunnological assays across different molecular and immunological platforms like PCR, Real Time PCR, Sanger sequencing and Next Generation Sequencing, Flow Cytometry, ELISpot assays, Intracellular cytokine assays, Western blotting, ELISA, Immunoflourescence, Agglutination and Precipitin tests, Virus Neutralization Assay, Immunohistochemistry. He also had working experience of BSL-3 Laboratory. He was previously being associated with the Viral Research and Diagnostic Laboratories (VRDL) by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) at Malda Medical Colleage and Hospital, Malda, West Bengal as Scientist. He has publications in peer-reviewed international journals and has also been recipient of Fellowship from AIDS International Training & Research Program, Fogarty International Center/ National Institutes of Health (FIC/NIH). He has also been recipient of international travel awards from NIH Office for AIDS Research (OAR) and NIDA-Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Workgroup Sponsored Early Career Investigator Conference Award for presentation of his work. He was a member of American Society for Microbiology, New York Academy of Science and Society on Neuro Immune Pharmacology (SNIP).

Dr Ripunjoy Deka is the Chief of Lab of RL Guwahati, Assam. He has done

1. MBBS from Guwahati medical college and hospital ( GMCH) , Assam
2. MD pathology from Assam medical college and hospital ( AMCH ) , Dibrugarh , Assam

He is having 11 years experience as Consultant Pathologist and Quality Manager , Alcare diagnostic and research centre , Guwahati and 5 years experience as Lab Head Apollo diagnostics , Guwahati. His area of expertise : Hematopathology , Clinical pathology , Biochemistry , Cytology , Quality management systems and special interest in Histopathology . Trained as ISO 15189 requirements.

Dr. Sagar Kulat is the Chief of the Laboratory- Maccare Superspeciality Hospital, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. He Completed his MBBS as well as MD in Pathology from Prestigious twin institutions of Seth G.S. Medical College and K.E.M Hospital, Mumbai. He has vast experience of institutional management, working in medical administration of KEM Hospital for about a year as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology. In the past he has been associated with A.G Diagnostics, Pune. He has undergone training in Laboratory Quality Management Systems (ISO 15189-2012). He has done presentations at various National level conferences. His Keen areas of interests are Hematopathology, Serology and Cytology.

Dr. Suyasha S. Thorat is the Head of Department, Microbiology and Serology at National Reference Laboratory, Lupin Diagnostics, Mumbai. She has graduated in 2008 from RCSM,Government Medical College, Kolhapur and did her MD in Microbiology in 2015 from RGUHS, Bangalore. She has worked as an Medical Officer at Rural Health Centres and Bhabha Atomic Research Centre from 2009 to 2011. After which she joined as an Assistant Professor (Microbiology) at HBT Medical College & Dr.R.N Cooper Hospital, Mumbai from 2016 to 2021. She was the Joint secretary for Hospital Infection Control Committee, Nodal officer for Biomedical waste management and COVID-19 for DR.R.N Cooper Hospital. She has been a part of faculty for training of HEALTHCARE WORKERS during COVID-19 pandemic and also for MCGM Nursing staff in collaboration with ECHO India. She has undergone trainings in Laboratory Quality Management Systems.

Dr. Rina Dambhare is the Chief of Lab-SL Nagpur. She has more than 15 years of experience in Haematopathology, Immunoassay, Serology, Histopathology, Cytology, Biochemistry, handling technical as well as the administrative aspect of the Laboratory. Her area of interest is Haematopathology.She has completed her MBBS from GMC Nagpur and MD in Pathology from GMC Aurangabad. She has presentations at National and state conferences .In previous stincts she has been associated with stand alone diagnostic Labs and Hospital based Lab such as Cap ,NABL accrediated Alexis Hospital, SRL diagnostics, Suburban Diagnostics, Apollo Hospital. She is a member of Vidarbha Assosciation of Pathologist(VAPM), Indian Medical Assosciation(IMA), Academy of Medical Sciences(AMS). She has undergone ISO 15189 training in Laboratory Quality Management Systems.

Dr. Swati Thorat is the chief of Lab- SL Kolhapur. She has done her MD in Pathology from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. MBBS from M.U.H.S, Nashik University. She has more than 6 years experience in diagnostics,  laboratory handlings. She has extensive training in onco-pathology.  In past she has been associated with P.D. Hinduja National Hospital and Medical college and Fortis Hiranandani hospital, Navi Mumbai. She has publications in National and International journals.

Dr. Adithya. S is the Zonal Technical Head – South Zone, and heads the Regional Reference Laboratory in Bangalore for Lupin Diagnostics Limited. He graduated from SSMC, Tumkur, Karnataka in 2008 and completed his MD in Pathology from GMC, Goa in 2014. He has more than 10 years of experience in hematopathology, histopathology, biochemistry, immunoassays, serology, clinical pathology. He has worked as Senior Consultant Pathologist for Govt of Goa. Later worked as Chief of Lab, Dr Lal Pathlabs, Reference Laboratory, Bangalore from 2015-2019 and as In-Charge of department of Haematology and Clinical Pathology, Aster Reference Lab from 2019-2023. He has experience in reporting Maternal and Newborn Screening, LCMS-MS and Flowcytometry. He is a member of The Cytometry Society (TCS), India and Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists (IAPM). He has publications in peer reviewed international journals.

Dr. Meghana Akula is the Chief of the Lab of Lupin Diagnostics at RRL Hyderabad. She has more than 8 years' hematopathology, histopathology, biochemistry, immunoassays, serology, clinical pathology, lab management, NABL and NABH accreditation. She is also a NABH assessor and an empanelled member of the Quality Council of India. She did her MD in Pathology from NRIMC, Vijayawada, and her MBBS from KMC, Chinakakani. She did her senior residency at Guntur Government Medical College, Guntur. Her area of interest is hematopathology. Before joining Lupin, she had been working as a quality manager, HOD, and consultant pathologist at Avigna Diagnostics (NABL-accredited). Visiting consultant for Ankura hospitals for paediatric bone marrow procedures (NABH-accredited). Consultant pathologist at Medicover hospitals (NABH accredited) and as lab director and consultant pathologist at Medquest Diagnostics (NABL accredited). She has undergone training in ISO 15189 for Laboratory Quality Management Systems. She has publications in peer reviewed journals and podium presentations at State and participated at National Seminars and Conferences.

Myself Dr Sourav Sarkar, have graduated from Burdwan Medical College (WBMC 55403) in the year 1998. Have done my horsemanship in the Dept of Endocrinology, IPGMER. I have done my Diploma in Paediatrics from Bankura Sammilani Medical College and Hospital (WBUHS) in 2005 and was appointed as Senior Resident at Calcutta National Medical college till 2010. Was attatched as RMO with Columbia Asia Hospital And Park Hospital,Kolkata. Passed my MD,pathology on 2015 from IPGMER, Kolkata. Done observership at NIMHANS.My dissertation topic was on CNS Tumours Squash Cytology with Histopathological correlation at Bangur Institute of Neurology(Kolkata) and IPGMER. Till 2021 I was attached as faculty teacher at College Of Medicine JNM Hospital. I was also a Lab Director and Lab Head in SRL, Lifecell and Neuberg and Charnok Hospital, during the covid era.
